What we collect
The scorecard. Nothing is stored on our servers. Your answers and result are encoded into the result URL itself. If you do not share that URL, nobody else can see it. We do not know you ran it unless you give us your email.
If you request your breakdown by email. Your email address, your result summary, and the time and text of your consent.
The contact form. Your name, work email, company URL if given, your message, and the time and text of your consent.
Analytics. None at launch. If analytics is added later it will be self-hosted, cookieless, with IP addresses truncated, and this policy will be updated first.
Why
To answer your enquiry and to send what you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long
Contact enquiries for 24 months. Email capture records until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity.
Who else sees it
Our email provider for delivery. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no resale, ever.
Your rights under GDPR
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email hello@rucframework.com and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
